It’s my first visit. What should I expect?

The initial visit is two hours. This two hour window gives us adequate time for an extensive intake and full treatment. We will talk about why you are coming in and everything surrounding that. I will then ask you a series of questions that seem totally unrelated to why you are coming in. This allows me to give you an individualized and effective treatment.

At your first visit, expect to stay for about two hours. Please come not too hungry and not too full. It is ok to come from work or exercise. It is also ok to return to life outside of the treatment room. 

Your appointment will be in my office on the SW corner of Barrington and La Grange at 2001 S. Barrington Ave. #221, Los Angeles, CA 90025. It is a three-story building named The Gardens. There is metered street parking on the front and north side of the building. There is also minimal free parking in the neighborhoods, but do note the signs. Some of the streets adjacent to the building are permit parking only. There is also a paid lot on Barrington just south of the building's main entrance. We do not validate parking at this time.

Once parked, when you come into the building, you can take the elevator to the second floor. Once off the elevator, turn to your left and continue down the hallway until you are forced to make a left again. Our office is all the way down and will be on your right, in suite #221.
